Shipping Policy

Nail orders will take from 5-19 days to be processed. This does NOT mean you receive your order within 5-19 days.

Please note that every nail order is handcrafted by 1 person and will take a minimum of an hour to design and create.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not have a refund nor cancellation policy. Refunds are only issued if we are unable to process your order. Once the order has been placed, processing will begin.

We are also NOT responsible for any lost packages.

Custom Orders

You can contact us via email for a quote regarding your custom order, orders will NOT be shipped out until balanced is paid.

When placing a custom order, please go to the "Contact" section on top of the website and send your inspiration picture via email.

Please allow at least 5-7 Business days to be contacted about your custom order.
