Why is my order taking so long?

Stay Pressed by Jen is run by a sole proprietor which means that every set is handcrafted by 1 person. I will try to get to all of the orders as soon as I can.

How long does shipping usually take?

Process time can take 6-19 days on order volume. This does NOT mean that your order will arrive at your house within 6-19 days.

Orders will typically  be processed and shipped out within a week. Please be patient as all nail sets are handcrafted and take time.

How long do my nails usually stay on?

Well, wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application. With the nail glue, the nails will last for about 1 to 3 weeks. We include details for application in every order.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes of course! I would suggest to buff the excess glue on the back of the nail to give you many more wears.

How do I know if i get the right size press ons?

If you are unsure about the size of your nails, I suggest ordering out sizing kit to get the perfect size for your nails.

How many nails are included in each set?

To keep prices affordable, 10 nails are included with each set to make 1 full set. 

What comes with my nails?

All nail orders come with a mini nail file, cuticle pusher, 1 alcohol prep pad, nail glue, and application instructions.
